Product properties
Type: Acrylate-based wall paint with sand-like particles.
Flügger Sand is a special wall paint, which gives a surface with rustic,
polished look.
When breaking, the shade becomes darker than when breaking the corresponding shade in
wall paint.
Application
Product use
Used indoors on walls where you want a durable, robust surface e.g.
offices, living rooms and corridors.
The substrate must be clean, dry, firm and suitable for painting treatment.
Previously painted surfaces are washed with Flügger 37 paint wash. Slightly smeared and
suction surfaces are founded with Flügger anchoring foundation.
The best results are obtained if the substrate is primed with wall paint in the same shade
as Sand.
Stir before use.
Applied with a wide brush, crosswise or in circles to achieve one
exciting effect. Can also be applied with a short-haired roller followed by
processing with a wide brush to achieve the right effect.
Do not apply to larger surfaces than when processing in wet paint.
2 treatments give a more uniform surface.

NOTE: Test painting should be done before to get the right technique and effect.
