Product properties

• Quick-drying waterborne primer that combines effective protection against rust with
• maximum adhesion. Contains "anti-flash" additive that prevents
• immediate rust when metal surfaces are treated with a waterborne product.
• Withstands temperatures up to 100 ° C.

Product use

• Used indoors: on iron, steel, aluminum, zinc, hot-dip galvanized steel, lead,
• copper and factory-painted plates.
• Used outdoors: on aluminum,, zinc, hot-dip galvanized steel, lead, copper and
• factory lacquered sheets. If you have iron and steel outdoors, we recommend it
• Metal Pro Anti-corrosion primer.

Treatment

• The surface must be clean, dry and firm, free of dirt, grease and oil.
• Clean loose paint, roller skin and rust to a solid surface, by scraping,
• machine grinding or steel brushing to ST2 according to ISO 8501.
• Clear loose paint, roller skin, chalking & oxidation (white rust) & rust
• to solid surface, by steel brushing, grinding or sandblasting. Clean with
• Flügger Metal Pro Cleaner. Remove any growth with Fluren Facade Anti-green.
• It is important to rinse with clean water after washing to get rid of it
• residues of detergent. Sand shiny and painted surfaces.
• Stir before use. Applied with a brush, roller or spray,
• immediately after cleaning the surfaces, to avoid new rust attacks.
• Finish with waterborne or solvent-containing paint for optimal
• protection within 2 weeks. Apply 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of topcoat for best
• results.
