Product properties

• Fully matt oil emulsion paint that provides a diffusion-open surface with good weather resistance.
• Optimal product when you choose not to completely clean previously painted surfaces.
• Inhibits fungal and mold growth on the surface.

Product use

• New untreated mineral-containing facades such as cement plaster, lime cement plaster, thinly plastered bricks and previously painted surfaces.

Treatment

• Precipitates, loose material and paint are removed by washing and cleaning.
• Dirt, spills, grease and chalky materials are removed with Facade Clean.
• Algae, fungus and mold are removed by cleaning with Facade algae wash.
• Large cracks and damage must be filled with cementitious material.
• New substrates and slightly chalky or absorbent surfaces are primed with Flügger Facade Primer.
• Two or more treatments provide the best durability.

Remark

• Protect freshly painted surface from adverse weather conditions.
• Take appropriate measures against the influence of moisture and precipitation the first time after application of the paint.
• The surface achieves maximum robustness when it is fully hardened.
• Older houses that are completely masonry in lime mortar should only be whitewashed or treated with silicate paint.
